〔記者康仁俊／台北報導〕監察院長王建煊今（15）日表示，他身在監院、知道監院狀況，又無力改革，只能把問題丟出來，讓大家好好談，王建煊說，「社會以為官愈大、愈有辦法」，實際上院長不能干涉辦案，院長主要是在行政方面，他還反問，「行政上這幾年來做得大體上不差，對不對？」
