〔記者陳鈞凱／台北報導〕追求保健功效，近年養生吹起「紅」色風潮，不過，這並不代表吃紅色食品就一定對身體有益。衛生福利部食品藥物管理署今（15）天公布最新市售食品真菌毒素抽驗結果，3件「紅麴米」、「紅麴酵素錠」和「紅薏仁」不合格，被檢出橘黴素以及總黃麴毒素超標。若長期食用累積，恐傷肝腎功能異常，甚至導致肝腫瘤。
