軍法案移轉 嘉檢收凌虐案

（中央社記者黃國芳嘉義縣15日）軍事審判法修正條文今天生效，嘉義地檢署收到5件軍事偵查中案件，包括一起正在調查的凌虐案件。
嘉義地檢署表示，嘉義地檢署收受軍法機關尚未結案的5起案件、無在押人犯，包括3起貪污罪、1起通緝中的強盜案，以及1起洪仲丘事件後申告的凌虐案件，地點在嘉義縣水上鄉的營區，目前還在調查中。已規劃設立軍事偵查專股，由信股資深檢察官顏榮松負責。
另外，嘉義地方法院接收的軍事審判案件有2件，分別是妨害性自主案件、酒駕肇事逃逸案件，已於7月間宣判，後續須承辦上訴或抗告，卷宗今天由南部軍事法院移交，無人犯在押，嘉義地院清點正確後即進行分案，並交承辦股處理。
嘉義地院指出，嘉義地院已規劃設立2個軍事審判專股，分別由庭長林坤志、蔡廷宜承辦，未來專責審理嘉義地檢署偵查起訴的軍事相關案件。1020815
