是否對陳毅勳提抗告　洪姊：律師團思考中

【林世雄／台中報導】桃園地方法院將在本周五針對前542副旅長何江忠、旅部連連長徐信正及上士范佐憲等三人，召開羈押庭，但前269旅禁閉室管理士陳毅勳卻不在抗告名單中，洪姊說，由於目前陳毅勳在軍中採自願放棄休假的方式，洪案律師團會再考慮有沒有提出再羈押的必要。
 
目前陳毅勳已經歸建到宜蘭的蘭指部，洪慈庸說，律師團目前還在討論是否要對陳毅勳採取抗告，因為羈押陳毅勳對於對於整個案情來說，不一定是最好的方式。
 
洪舅先前也曾公開呼籲，希望陳毅勳能夠勇敢站出來，當汙點證人，把事件的真相交代清楚，可以自己爭取要刑責減輕的機會。
