〔記者呂炯昌／台北報導〕洪仲丘案爆發後，媒體與部分退伍人員對陸軍542旅提出如月祥湖撈出軍品、民間販賣零件、盜賣軍品與零附件、高裝檢造假等情事。國防部調查後表示，542旅的確未按規定報廢軍品。
