離峰時段省23%　台電：盼價格誘因改變用電習慣
台電試辦「住宅時間電價」，採取晚間10點30分到隔天上午7點30分的離峰時段電價，每度便宜23%的措施，卻被認為只有夜貓族能受惠。台電業務處處長黃鴻麟20日回應，主要是看個人用電習慣，台電希望藉由價格誘因，改變用戶的習慣。 《詳全文...》
