〔記者陳鈞凱／台北報導〕潭美直撲台灣，颱風倒雨，南部登革熱疫情恐雪上加霜。衛生福利部疾病管制署今（20）天公布，上周國內新增4例本土登革熱確定病例，皆居住於屏東縣，3例在屏東市豐榮里，1例在新埤鄉萬隆村。值得注意的是，境外移入病例更創下十年新高，一旦颱風帶來豪大雨，積水處恐大量孳生病媒蚊，增加風險。
