【鉅亨網記者王以慧 台北】台灣央行今日公布今年第2季國際收支綜合餘額順差(反映在央行準備資產增加)38.8億美元，儘管第2季經常帳順差138.0億美元，但金融帳淨流出100.8億美元，金融帳已連12季淨流出，續創史上最差紀錄，累計金額達954億美元，約新台幣2.86兆元。
