醃頭案被告 指控警方刑求

（中央社記者江俊亮嘉義市23日電）醃頭案被告陳佳富今天在法庭上指控遭警方刑求，他說警方拿槍指他的頭、用電擊棒電下體，對他猛打猛踹。

嘉義地方法院今天下午召開醃頭案程序準備庭，並請精神科醫師、消防隊救護人員到場待命，以因應可能發生的狀況。

陳佳富一開庭，就向法官表示「想行使緘默權」，但當法官問他有沒有被刑求時，陳佳富說，最初警方有對他刑求，「檢察官講話有嚇到我」。

他說，在新北市三重警分局時，警方還沒問他話，就開始打他，還拿槍指他的頭頂。法官問他「是天靈蓋嗎？」陳佳富點點頭。

陳佳富表示，警方除了用槍指他的頭頂之外，還拿電擊棒電他的下體。法官問「是生殖器嗎？」陳佳又富點點頭。

他說，警方抓到他之後，就對他猛打猛踹，之後才問口供；到了嘉義之後，以及被羈押期間「就沒有了」。

法官詢問他，對於遭警方刑求部分，要不要進行調查？陳佳富說，「交給辯護律師回答」。律師表示，因沒有不利於己的自白，因此不必調查。1020823
