〔記者郭政隆／嘉義報導〕一位到嘉義市南田市場買菜的民眾，在購完菜而欲返家時，才驚覺他代步的腳踏車遭竊，因此走到轄區所屬的新南派出所報案，值勤之警員何文凱、查貴誠、實習生林煜清、呂柏宜正準備詳問被害人案情時，突然一名流浪漢騎腳踏車從新南派出所前經過，這位報案人一見馬上向員警大喊「那是我的腳踏車！」警員何文凱見狀馬上奔馳向外，緊追在後並將該竊嫌當場逮捕。
