（軍聞社記者姜大宇臺南、高雄廿九日電）國軍第四作戰區因應「康芮」颱風所帶來的影響，今天派遣兵力前往臺南、高雄及屏東等地執行災害防救，共計出動近五百廿四員兵力與各式車、機具十類六十三項，協助地方砂包堆置等工作，全力降低颱風可能帶來的災損。
