【綜合報導】俄羅斯遠東地區連日豪雨，發生罕見水患，日前救難人員才以直升機吊掛的方式，救出兩頭險些滅頂的熊，但是野生的熊面臨的不只是被水淹死的難關，現在更面臨因為平日的主要食糧莓果(berries)都被淹沒，熊隻們沒有東西吃，轉而潛進民宅覓食，甚至攻擊人類，導致民眾開槍射殺無辜野生熊隻的危機。 西伯利亞柯雷馬河(Kolyma River)沿岸，上個月起就連串發生6起飢餓的棕熊闖入民宅覓食的事件，如果當時民宅中沒人，棕熊們頂多就是把冰箱中所有的食物掃空，但若遇到人類，狀況就比較複雜，就算屋主當場躲過攻擊，也多半會找來獵人，對這些熊進行獵殺。
