〔記者吳順永／台南報導〕坊間常充斥著誇稱具有減肥、瘦身及豐胸等涉療效的違規食品廣告，台南市衛生局強調，食品衛生管理法修正案已於102年6/19經總統公布實施，法規內已加重食品違規標示、宣傳或廣告，擅自宣稱醫療效能，罰鍰已從原本20萬至100萬元，提高到60萬至500萬罰則。
