〔財經中心／綜合報導〕中央氣象局發布豪雨特報，由於集水區有可能發生豪雨，台北翡翠水庫管理局1日表示，為調整水庫水位，維護大壩安全，下午5時開始進行調節性放水，請低窪地區民眾遠離河道及行水區。
