胖達人案 北市團體訴訟73件

（中央社記者戴雅真台北2日電）台北市政府8月28日起開始受理消費者對胖達人提起消費團體訴訟的申請，截至今天下午5時，共計受理73件。

胖達人8月27日起接受民眾登記退費，以及憑發票兌換發票金額1.5倍的商品，但也有民眾不願意接受這些方案，選擇申請對胖達人提起消費團體訴訟。台北市至今已經收到73件申請，遠遠超出20人門檻。

根據台北市法務局網站資訊，截至今天上午10時有29人辦理申請，但到了下午5時，突然暴增至73人。消保官室表示，部分前來辦理的民眾說，是因為看到媒體報導申請人數不如預期，「氣不過」才來。

消保官室表示，會收件至9月底，之後交由消基會提告，民眾無須出庭，也不用支付訴訟費與律師費。1020902
