〔社會中心／桃園報導〕一名桃園縣的國二少女，今年2月間遭2名少年強灌高粱酒，導致少女意外致死，2人被移送少年法庭。其中1人被依強制、過失致死等罪嫌裁定交付保護管束2年、需勞動服務，另1人則尚未宣判。少女的母親得知後，泣訴判決不公，「這樣居然不用關！這還有天理嗎？」
