〔記者陳思豪／台北報導〕外傳大陸將於明年給予香港等同兩岸服貿協議的優惠。海基會董事長林中森3日表示，簽署協議目的就是要搶占先機與商機，他認為台灣仍有比其他地區更好的條件，也禁得起任何挑戰，相信立委都有智慧，會為了全民最大利益來做決定。不過也有人認為，協議的延宕，將讓台灣喪失原先可能取得的優勢。
