〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕因應鐵道文化嘉年華活動，台北市政府文化局原本打算規劃推古董自強號彩繪塗鴉，未料引發鐵道迷抗議，緊急喊卡，改以「大型塗鴉牆」取代，開放民眾塗鴉。
