針對南投縣長李朝卿涉貪遭起訴，監察院今（10）日以11票支持、1票反對，認定李朝卿違反公務員服務法、擔任縣長期間收受賄賂等事項，通過彈劾。

南投縣長李朝卿涉貪案3月偵結，共起訴17名官商，縣府官員除李朝卿外，其餘因清楚供述貪污經過，檢方建請宣告緩刑。內政部日前將李朝卿移送監察院，並依法繼續停職。
