〔大陸新聞中心／綜合報導〕大陸《最高人民法院、最高人民檢察院關於辦理利用資訊網路實施誹謗等刑事案件適用法律若干問題的解釋》(下稱《解釋》)發布。根據《解釋》，同一誹謗資訊實際被點擊、瀏覽次數達到5000次以上，或者被轉發次數達到500次以上的，應當認定為誹謗行為「情節嚴重」……
