〔記者賴淑禎／台中報導〕2013月冠全臺中秋晚會9月19日在臺中市圓滿戶外劇場熱鬧登場，節目開場將安排知名陣頭「九天民俗技藝團」及舞動全臺的「黑角舞團」，將陣頭藝術融合街舞帶來15分鐘的震撼演出，另外還有梁文音等知名藝人連番演出，當天前3000名入場觀眾可免費獲得限定創意月餅鳳梨酥，市長胡志強邀請民眾走出戶外共享中秋佳節。
