〔記者陳榮昌／台中報導〕中部地區研製餅品老前輩的大安區阿聰師，今年以綠豆椪參加台中市政府舉辦的臺中第一椪比賽，贏得金饌獎榮譽。中秋節一到成為主要拌手禮，訂單源源而至。阿聰師（吳聰朝）表示，他數十年來為推廣芋頭餅品，放棄綠豆椪生產，則為因應比賽再度製作，卻一舉得獎，顯然好的餅品是受人所喜愛，亦可說「無意插柳、柳成蔭」。
