清北寧路碎石　盼15日前恢復通車

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆巨石前天擊解完畢後，昨天也完成山腰上凸石的清除作業；基隆市政府工務處今天上午9時許，派出機具開始清運北寧路上的碎石與沙土，希望能在15日前完工，解除交通管制恢復通行。
