〔社會中心／台北報導〕知名當鋪業者秦嗣林，日前因參加吳淡如主持的節目《女人要有錢》時鑑定古物價格而走紅，但他卻被指控在13年前，向當時的立委張明雄和法務部法律事務司科長黃錫星行賄，黃錫星事後坦承教唆秦嗣林作偽證，台北地檢署10日將秦嗣林、黃錫星等人依偽證罪起訴。
