〔記者陳鈞凱／台北報導〕人過中年，小腹突出，不一定只是「鮪魚肚」發福，更可能是罹癌警訊。69歲的莊先生，5年前突然察覺自己小腹突出，平常有運動習慣，飲食也很節制的他，雖然覺得奇怪，但當下以為只是年紀大了身材走樣，直到小腹腫脹越來越明顯，用手壓還有硬塊感，就醫赫然發現有顆16.5公分「烏魚子」大小的晚期淋巴癌。
