〔記者康仁俊／台北報導〕遭到國民黨考紀會撤銷黨籍的立法院長王金平在今日下午3時30分左右，委託律師邱太三，派員到台北地院遞狀提出假處分，要求國民黨將撤銷黨籍的處分，暫緩送至中選會，此外也同步提出「確認黨籍存在」民事訴訟。
