〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕國民黨考紀會開鍘，決議撤銷立法院長王金平的黨籍。前民進黨主席蔡英文今（11）日建議，推動立法院組織法修法，讓國會議長政治中立化，確保議長在任期內擁有中立而超然的地位，不受到政黨拘束，避免同樣的錯誤再度發生。
