〔國際中心／分析報導〕去（2012）年12月發生的德里巴士輪暴案，4名成年嫌犯遭判有罪，恐將判處死刑。不過，專家指本案實為特例，印度性侵受害人要將加害人繩之以法困難重重，平均要等5年以上，使得印度性侵犯罪率因此居高不下，平均22分鐘發生一起性侵案。
