〔記者林重鎣／台中報導〕為提升臺中市新住民的就業技能，市府民政局開辦免費美容彩妝護膚進修班，並輔導學員參加全國丙級技術士美容檢定，檢定結果日前出爐，30名學員中有12名通過；12日市府於大里區兒童藝術館舉行課程結業式，並表揚12名通過檢定學員的傑出表現，氣氛感人。
