〔記者王鼎鈞／台北報導〕羅智強12日請辭總統府副祕書長，並宣布「確定不參選基隆市長」。被問及是否與立法院長王金平涉關說案有關，羅智強說，是考量的原因之一，但去留問題已經過一段時間的思考，「王院長的去留，我有些複雜的想法」，也許等到他不在這工作上，再跟大家報告。
