〔記者王鼎鈞／台北報導〕由於國民黨對王金平所提「假處分」抗告裁定未出爐，面對這樣的局面，馬總統除了表示「尊重司法」，並堅持「訴訟還是要打下去，就是要爭一個是非」。總統今（17）日同時以這案子為例，擔憂無權無勢的年輕人訴訟時，因此受到影響。
