〔生活中心／綜合報導〕強颱天兔來勢洶洶，中央氣象局預計今(20)晚入夜之後，其暴風圈可能會觸碰台灣本島，屆時天兔也將強力發威，而根據偵測，今晚9點蘭嶼已出現17級以上的強風，梧棲則有10級，氣象局也預估大台北地區受颱風外圍環流及地形影響，恐將有10級以上強陣風出現的機率，也請民眾要特別小心防範。
