〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕強颱天兔來襲，全台都受到影響！19日以及20日上午都造成吸引滿滿人潮、位於高雄光榮碼頭的黃色小鴨，於20日中午12時啟動防颱機制，將小鴨連同浮台吊上陸地後洩氣，並於光榮碼頭岸上以帆布覆蓋固定，周邊攤位區及小鴨官方商品販售區也同步暫停營業。
