〔大陸新聞中心／綜合報導〕美國《科學》雜誌—美國科學促進會12日在滬召開新聞發布會，介紹該領域取得的重大突破性進展——由中國科學院上海藥物研究所和美國Scripps研究所的科學家組成的研究團隊，成功解析了CCR5蛋白質分子的高解析度三維結構，並據此解釋了抗愛滋病毒感染的藥物馬拉維若是如何作用於該受體分子進而阻斷病毒入侵的分子機制，相關成果發表在當日出版的《科學》雜誌上。
