〔記者葉立斌／台北報導〕「他們是這樣長大的，在我們看不到的地方。」教育部在23日舉辦文藝創作獎頒獎典禮，共頒發短篇小說、傳統戲劇劇本、散文等，共53人獲獎。而華僑高中教師陳彥廷以鳥這部短篇小說獲得優選。
