〔記者賴淑禎／台中報導〕一般玩的陀螺都是木頭做的，不過臺中市環保局10月5日上午，在北屯區的綠行動生活館，邀請救國團環保教師-廖福生老師，將隨手的飲料罐變身成有趣的「干樂」(陀螺)，限25組額滿為止，想參加的民眾可以上網報名。
