9日企認操控價格　遭美開罰7.4億美元

【綜合報導】美國司法部26日公告，日立汽車、三菱電機、三菱重工等9家日企承認操縱美國汽車零部件價格，為此將支付逾7.4億美元罰款。其中日立汽車和三菱電機的罰金最高，分別為1.95億美元和1.9億美元，三菱重工的罰金為1450萬美元，其它6家企業的罰金在1100萬美元至1.35億美元之間。

美國司法部表示經反壟斷機構和聯邦調查局（FBI）調查，9家認罪企業操縱價格出售的汽車零件，行銷美國三大汽車製造商福特、通用及克萊斯勒，10多年來涉案金額累計超過50億美元，涉案汽車超過2500萬輛。
