〔記者呂炯昌／台北報導〕民進黨政府執政時期，海軍花費243億採購4艘紀德級(台灣稱為基隆級)飛彈驅逐艦，成為台灣海軍戰力最強軍艦。9月25與26日海軍於花蓮外海實施「海標操演」，進行標準二型防空飛彈射擊訓練，並邀請記者登上蘇澳軍艦隨艦採訪。
