三角詐騙法 網購騙買家賣家

詐騙手法又見翻新，台東警方破獲一個以新興的「三角詐騙手法」，橫行全臺的詐騙集團，逮捕十二名嫌犯，目前已知遭到詐騙的被害人有一百多人，初估不法所得近三百多萬元，全案以詐欺、偽造文書罪嫌移送臺東地檢察署擴大偵辦。

警方指出，詐騙集團首先選定評價良好的正當網路拍賣商家，詢問購物受款金融帳號後，同時虛設拍賣帳號，冒用正當商家的名義網路販售物品；等買家登入詐騙集團所設虛擬拍賣商家購物時，詐騙集團除了一邊要求買家，匯款至正當商家的受款金融帳號，還同時向商家宣稱已匯款購物，要求商家郵寄並收取買家所購的物品，導致買家匯款後無法收取所購物品、賣家雖然收取買家匯款，但卻郵寄商品給詐騙集團，因而遭到買家舉報警示金融帳戶，詐騙集團則是在獲得買家購買的物品後轉賣獲利。
