〔旅遊中心／綜合報導〕「美食」是台灣人選擇出國旅遊地點時最重要的因素之一，馬來西亞擁有華人、馬來、印度的民族風情，從2000年開始舉辦的美食節，已成為全世界美食饕客絕不會錯過的重要活動之一。2013馬來西亞國際美食節(2013 Malaysia International Gourmet Festival )將在10月1日至31日舉行，主辦單位馬來西亞旅遊部精心挑選30間異國精緻料理，邀請31位來自世界各國的名廚，聯手打造無國界美饌饗宴，邀請世界各地的遊客一起用美食「環遊世界」。
