〔記者曹逸雯／台北報導〕儘管馬英九總統在2008年5月20日第一任就職演說時承諾，「台灣的民主將不會再有非法監聽、選擇性辦案以及政治干預媒體或選務機關的現象」，不過，此次九月政爭以來，有超過6成的民眾認為有選擇性辦案、非法監聽，以及政治干預媒體，可見民眾認為馬總統就職時的承諾與實際作為間有明顯落差。
