〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕美國參眾兩院沒有達成協商，美國白宮轄下預算局已對政府機關發布命令，開始執行「有序」關閉行動，宣告政府業務將部分停擺，金管會1日表示，將關注後續對台股的影響，但相信美國政府很快就會將問題解決。
