〔記者黃村杉／新北報導〕新北市政府新便民措施陸續上路，除1日推出「12合1跨機關通報服務」，民眾在戶政事務所「一處」辦理地址變更，監理所、瓦斯公司等12種資料可同步更新外；更指民眾在戶政事務所辦理出生登記時，「中央健康保險署」在接獲通報後，可直接為新生兒加保健保，製作無照片健保卡，為全國首創。
