〔記者王鼎鈞／台北報導〕國民黨再度抗告失敗，涉關說司法案的立法院長王金平暫保住黨籍及國會議長寶座，外界嘲諷馬英九總統所堅持的「大是大非」變成「大輸特輸」。對此，總統的母親有無疼惜表示支持？馬英九（2）日說，他每周回家吃飯，媽媽也會打電話給他關心；媽媽對他有信心；家人、姊姊也都支持他。
