〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕中央銀行總裁彭淮南2日在立法院財委會接受質詢時透露，基於3大理由，經央行理事會決議，我國外匯存底部分已持有人民幣，至於有多少比例，彭淮南則說，由於對市場會有影響，這部分不方便透露。
