〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕美國聯邦政府因為預算僵局宣布「關門」，但美股周二仍是小紅作收，並未受到影響，台股2日早盤也續攻高，早盤以8215.96點開出，上漲28.94點，新台幣升值，加上政策鬆綁登陸限制，相關概念股走揚，電子股、金融股成為領攻指標。
