〔記者陳思豪／台北報導〕總統馬英九今(2)日表示，自己在831當天與檢察總長黃世銘會面前，並不清楚他的來意，但在獲知關說一事後，隨即告知行政院長江宜樺與前總統府副秘書長羅智強，三人都做出「尊重」的結論。在特偵組9月6日召開記者會之前，包括副總統吳敦義、總統府秘書長楊進添、國安會秘書長袁健生、駐美代表金溥聰都完全不知情。
