〔記者邱明玉／台北報導 〕監察院今（2）日公布宇昌案調查報告，並對行政院與經建會提出糾正。蔡英文辦公室下午由立委陳其邁、委任律師顧立雄、連元龍、黃帝穎等人召開記者會說明。陳其邁等強調，宇昌案已經特偵組於2012年8月14 日簽結，值此馬政府踰越憲政份際之際，今監察院視司法調查結果與社會公論於不顧，逕以「行政違失」等無端、不實理由，挾監察公器濫權羅織，意圖入罪於蔡英文等相關當事人，監院此舉已不獨侵害當事人權益，自甘淪為政爭工具，更將監察院已然低落之公信力推落谷底。
