〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕檢調在搜索及約談後，藝人小S丈夫許雅鈞、公公許慶祥、基因董事長徐洵平、妻子姜麗芬等人分別以不同金額交保，外傳徐洵平自白犯罪，願自動繳交不法所得以求減刑，基因3日重大訊息公告指出，董事長徐洵平賣出股票是基於其個人財務規劃，家族現仍持有近7成公司股票，至於媒體報導認罪一事，基於偵查不公開原則，不便對外說明，公司目前營運一切正常。
