前立委陳昭南胞妹詐財200萬 被判刑3個月

前立法委員陳昭南親妹妹陳淑美，被某家銀行經理控告詐騙200萬元，經台北地院審理後，依詐欺取財罪判刑6個月，減為3個月徒刑，緩刑3年，還可上訴。

根據台北地方法院公布的判決，陳淑美任職民進黨中央黨部出納時，認識一名郭姓女志工，因郭女外遇急需要錢，於是向熟識的林姓銀行經理遊說，謊稱郭女公公過世，留有大筆遺產，但因無力繳遺產稅辦理繼承，借款200萬元應急，並允諾最遲3個月就可以償還。

但是2女取得借款後，並未依時間內還款，還找藉口拖延時間，遲遲不願還款，林姓經理於是委託律師，將2人提告。

台北地院審理後認為，陳淑美為幫郭女解決困難，已不實理由向林姓經理詐財，借款數目龐大，審酌後她坦承犯案並與林姓經理調解等，被依詐欺取財罪判3個月徒刑，得易科罰金；郭女則因竊取前夫支票且偽造票據犯行，已遭起訴，判刑確定。
